In 2018 we developed the first Market Assessment about Impact Investing in Climate-Smart Agriculture in Brazil. The intention was to bring this topic to discussion, to showcase already ongoing investments in this area and to bring to light relevant co-related themes like impact measurement and how to scale up impact investing in climate-smart in Brazil.
Our main objective of raising awareness was achieved. The Market Assessment was presented at the UNCTAD Sustainable Investing Conference in Geneva (2018), at the Social Finance Forum in Sao Paulo and in Manaus (2018), at the Phenix Capital Institutional Investors Conference in the Hague (2019) and recently at the Institutional Investors round-table at the GSG Impact Summit in Buenos Aires (2019)
